Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo is a contemporary Mexican restaurant with a personality that is both elegant and irreverent. It offers Mexican cuisine that blends modern and traditional techniques, respecting the traditions of the southeast and fusing them with those of the central region to create something authentic and unique in Mérida, Yucatán.

The name, inspired by the classic Mexican salsa, was developed, and an atmosphere was created that aligns with the essential flavors of our cuisine. We collaborated with architect Gerardo Sarur on a comprehensive project where the branding breathes in unison with the interiors and coexists organically, in harmony with the eccentric graphic concept inspired by traditional Mexican cantinas but adapted for new generations.

This project is viewed through the lens of the present, yet it respects Mexican roots to uncover new possibilities and meanings within our culture.
