Marbol Industria Mueblera has been a source of innovative ideas in fine woodworking for 40 years. With an obsession for quality in every detail, Marbol manufactures high-quality furniture products, meticulously managing every step of the process, from design to distribution. The company strikes a balance between artisanal craftsmanship by skilled cabinetmakers and the use of cutting-edge technology in production, operating in a facility of approximately 40,000 square meters where more than 1,700 pieces of furniture are manufactured each week. Industrial design is the company’s key differentiator, as is its collaboration with other designers.

For this project, we developed a brand architecture centered on two main areas: furniture collections and large-scale projects. We redesigned the existing logo, which is based on the petatillo weave of the rattan furniture with which the company originally began production more than 40 years ago. The redesign proposal aimed to make the logo more symmetrical and use black and white as the color palette to highlight the furniture and its materials. Based on the brand redesign, we aligned all internal and external communications, developing a wide range of applications—from internal stationery, factory signage, and uniforms to the website design, social media, furniture collection catalogs, and advertising campaigns— all consistent with Marbol’s philosophy: Ideas Made of Good Wood.
