Here we are invited to experience unexpected delight with unique dishes designed by its two chefs—both dedicated to culinary exploration and the celebration of ingredients native to Mexican soil: Sofía Cortina and Joaquín Cardoso. She is a renowned pastry chef who shuns refined sugar, focusing instead on the natural sweetness of ingredients and unconventional elements like mole and avocado. He is a celebrated chef dedicated to reinterpreting Mexican ingredients through international techniques, allowing diners to experience familiar foods in a totally new way.

The brand’s design is inspired by the interplay of colors found in fertile soil, sweet fruits, and the light of dawn that brings a smile to our faces, creating an environment that plays with the balance between the ethereal and the tangible. Hand-drawn lines, playful strokes, and the charming nostalgia of a note written with gentle irony and affection on a typewriter are brushstrokes from diverse eras that intertwine, highlighting the integral and holistic, new yet classic essence that lies at the heart of Te Extraño, Extraño.

The name is the signature that fully defines this beautiful place: with its playful sound, it draws inspiration from art’s constant interplay.
