Noon Afterschool
Noon Afterschool Care is an innovative, fun, and engaging place for the care and development of children in the afternoons, following the traditional school day. Noon focuses on developing cognitive, intellectual, and even motor skills through playful and artistic activities.
The branding concept draws its inspiration from the work of Alexander Calder, an artist who always remained in touch with his playful and whimsical side, creating a style of art in constant motion.
Similarly, we created a character in the form of a dandelion—a seed that flies and spreads as it moves—evoking the generation and transmission of knowledge.
The explosion of colors, lines, shapes, and characters is incorporated into the architecture, on which we collaborated with TACO (Taller de Arquitectura Contextual). The spaces are ideal for the “noonies”—the nickname given to the girls and boys who are part of Noon—who follow a path of learning, growth, and awareness-building.
